Modern Infrastructure

We have set up a world class infrastructure at our premises. Our infrastructure also facilitates quality and heavy production rate at our part. The entire layout of the infrastructure, its machines and equipment etc.

Casting Unit:

We have a production capacity of 120 T/month, we have intensive mixture for green sand mixing pneumatic molding machines & core shooters for making cores, besides testing facilities of raw material & finished products.

Effluent treatment plant is installed so that our system remains environment friendly.

Machine Shop:

The machines shop includes CNC turning centers (One CNC milling center is scheduled to be delivered in February) besides precision lathes grinders vertical & horizontal milling machines etc. necessary for mass production of our product range.
